Syringe only technology
The syringe only concept of the LC PAL combines the manual sample injection procedure of a LC chromatographer with the precision and throughput of a robotic liquid handling system. Your valuable samples are aspirated with a conventional syringe and are injected directly into the sample loop. No error prone teflon tubing or transfer lines are involved during the sample loading process.
Advanced performance
HTS PAL handles standard vials and tubes from which samples can be injected directly into a LC valve. It fits into the HTS/Combinatorial Chemistry applications where large numbers of samples have to be characterized. Throughput is extremely high since recovery time between injections is reduced to a minimum of 40-60 seconds. The PAL System software architecture supports the "Open Access" technology wherein the HTS PAL is always ready to accept new samples for processing at a later time.
