Ion Source assembly

The Ion Source Assembly contains the Ion Volume, Filament Assembly, and Ion
Source Lens Assembly. Because the Ion Volume is exposed directly to samples
introduced into the detector, it requires the most frequent cleaning to restore the system’s performance. You can access the Ion Volume with or without an Inlet
Valve.
